Creative Resources Distribution holds stock of Repsil branded Silicone RTV mould making rubber. REPSIL E has been formulated for easy mixing by hand, with colour coded components giving a visual aid to ensure mixing is adequate. The two components mix easily and because of the low viscosity most grades can be used without processing in a vacuum chamber.
This item is a 5Kg kit of Repsil E30 with thickener as pictured which includes:
4.75Kg Silicone rubber liquid compound
250g Catalyst
300g thickener
Mixing stick

Thickener should be added to mixed Repsil E Silicone at a ratio of 3-5% to suit. This enables the mixed solution to be smoothed onto the item to be moulded and prevents it running off so you can easily make moulds with the most efficient amount of Silicone possible.
