Please note that we are a mail order company only, we have no shop or trade counter or any method of taking payment in person.

Payment
Payment for goods is handled by Paypal or Google Checkout on their respective third party websites as you complete the checkout process. This means we never see your payment/card details and any card authorisation is taken care of by Paypal or Google. In our experience Google Checkout appears to be best for handling straight credit card payments, although you can pay with a card through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.

Dispatch
Goods will normally be dispatched within three business days of cleared payment, although we will take care to dispatch as quickly as possible. You will receive a dispatch notification email that describes the method of dispatch and any tracking details when the goods leave us.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. 

If we agree that items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit.
Please note, however that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. 

We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices dispklaed on the web site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Guarantee
CRDL's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by CRDL to the customer. CRDL shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. CRDL cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the website. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.

Stock Availability
We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest! We try to always supply within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
